REBECCAH BOGUE : DANCE
I've been dancing since I was four years old. I started with creative movement and later began jazz and hiphop. When I was twelve I discovered ballet. I've danced small variations from La Bayadere and Swan Lake and I've also performed in The Nutcracker, The Little Prince, The Emperor's New Clothes and Josephina's Story Quilt (choreography by Ana Claire Davison).

In 2006 (for eleven months) I danced at the Laban Conservatory in London. At Laban I studied ballet, Limon, Graham, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Choreological Studies, music, choreography and dance theatre.

When I returned to the States at the end of the summer I had another operation. I couldn't dance very much after this so, instead, I choreographed three pieces for the Smith dance company during the fall semester: The Letter e, Room 304 and Crazy. In the spring, I choreographed a ten-minute, autobiographical solo for myself, titled "As Cloud in Sunlight."

...Dancing is my life. A left-cerebellum is optional.
