All our hosting solutions come with cPanel software (›cPanel.net), industry standard and probably the most frequently used server interface, which includes a wide range of tools, such as email, detailed traffic information and statistics, file manager and many other functions you probably have never heard of.
CPanel is commercial software with many user groups and forums, which you can search the Internet for information, there is also documentation in bottom left corner of the cPanel screen and helpful video guides as you log in. Your cPanel is automatically updated as the new versions are released.
You can access your cPanel on:
http://mysite.com/cpanel
or
via secure (encrypted) connection on port 2083:
https://mysite.com:2083
(this will bring up a security warning, as our server certificate is in the name of Netcells.net and not the name of your site)
Don't forget to replace mysite.com with the actual address of your site ;-)
We have also a helpful guide on:
www.namecell.net/hosting
(enter your site's address in the box).
The login to the cPanel is the same as your FTP login (server account name and password). It is most important that that password is secure - it protects all your site data and your email - use combination of 2 or more words and numbers, lower and upper case.
Note that the server security settings will reject simple and silly passwords, so, be imaginative.
