There are no strings attached to your >Startcell.
The first year hosting is included in the price. You want to move your site somewhere else after the first year, you can.
However, you will not be able to maintain your site from the NUZ Netcells Users Zone and you will also lose your cPanel site admin functionality (unless you also get it from your new provider).
You will still need to renew your Domain Name with Netcells, unless you transfer it elsewhere, in which case you are breaking all links with us.
